License Agreement

By downloading this product you (or the agency, business, client) agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. The client understands that the digitally compiled spatial data and/or maps are provided under this agreement "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The relative accuracy and absolute accuracy of these products are not granted (guaranteed) by the Lane Regional Data Center partners. The client agrees that the Lane Regional Data Center liability whether in contracts, in tort (including negligence), in strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the return of the product price and under no circumstance shall the Lane Regional Data Center be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage, including personal injury, property damage, damage or loss of equipment, lost profit, or revenue, cost of renting replacement and other additional expenses, even if the Lane Regional Data Center has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

The license to use this data shall be limited to use by the purchasing party and is not for resale or redistributing.
